Hughes Air Conditioning & Heating Repair was founded in 2012 to bring straightforward, dependable heating and cooling service back to Mesa. After losing a long-term position during a corporate buyout, owner Mike chose a different path—purchasing the company to keep it independent and family-run. That decision shaped a business focused on clear advice, quality workmanship, and long-term relationships instead of sales pressure. Today, customers experience consistency, accountability, and care from a team that takes pride in staying local.
